DUBAI: The UAE and Turkiye have launched a series of initiatives aimed at combating climate change and promoting environmental sustainability.
The two countries inked a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding to further their cooperation in climate and environmental-related issues, Emirates News Agency reported on Wednesday.
In particular, 13 cooperation agreements focusing on climate action and agriculture were signed during Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s visit in February 2022.
